Calls Wren handles for heating and air shops
Wren checks your hours, says same-day is often possible if your policies say so, takes name, address, callback and the unit's symptoms, and emails you a lead marked "today". It never promises an arrival time.
Wren quotes the diagnostic fee you entered and the "waived if we do the repair" note. If you have not entered one, it says the team will confirm.
Wren tells them to leave the house and call 911 first, then takes the address and rings your on-call number or sends an EMERGENCY alert.
Wren checks the service area list you gave it and answers yes, no, or "the office will confirm".
Emergencies Wren knows on day one
